Question: Can i claim refund for manufacture defect product?
Anwser: There is no refund for product sold. We have 14days 1 to 1 exchange policy as long as you return undamage product with it’s original packaging, including any accessiories, gift, manual and any documentation to our customer services center.

Question: Do item purchase from tyfontech online IT store are cover by warranty?
Anwser: Yes. You have 12month carry in warranty for new item and 3month carry in warranty for used item. As long as you keep the purchase receipt and online order number, our guarantees cover normal usage within the period but not limit to burn, corrosion by corrosive, rinse in water, rush by expose in moisture, broken plastic parts, physical damage and battery are not covered by warranty.

Question: What if customer placed an order but payment unsuccessful?
Anwser: We will refer the order number to contact customer on next working day accordingly to inform that your order have been cancelled regardless customers answer our call or not. Kindly place the order again once your payment ready.

Question: When would I received my products?
Anwser: After product’s order been placed, we would take 3-5 working days to proceed your order include product preparation, QC and delivery (courier) arrangement. Your patient is highly appreciated.

Question: What is the courier charge?
Answer: Courier charge will be showing after added the purchase item(s) into shoping cart and check out.

Question: Where is your shop located? Can I walk-in purchase?
Answer: You are welcome to pay visit at our shop located at Lot G08, Level G, Desa Complex, Jalan Kepong, 52100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. (5min walking distance from KTM kepong sentral) 10am-7pm Monday-Saturday.

Question: What does DOS in the OS part mans?
Answer: DOS means you can install any OS on the PC.
